What we collect
To create your account we collect your email address, a first name (or nickname) you choose, and an age range (such as 14–17 or 18+). We do not ask for your exact birthdate, home address, phone number, or sensitive medical information.
When you use the app, we store the daily check-ins (mood, energy, optional note) and goals you create. This information is tied to your account and is private to you.
How we use your information
- To let you sign in and access your own data across devices.
- To show your check-in history, goals, and personalized dashboard.
- To keep the service safe and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show you third-party ads.
Who can see your data
Your check-ins, goals, and profile are visible only to you when signed in. Security rules on our backend block other users from reading or editing your records.
Users under 18
Level Up Life is for people age 14 and older. If you are under 18, we strongly encourage you to talk to a parent, guardian, school counselor, or another trusted adult about big decisions in your life.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete individual check-ins or goals, or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, check-ins, and goals.
Service providers
We use a backend platform to host the database and handle authentication. They process your data on our behalf so the app can work; they don't use it for their own marketing.
